About The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer with a strong background in commercial gas, HVAC, air conditioning and refrigeration who enjoys a varied mobile role across commercial properties.

The role:

Salary up to £50,000
Additional earnings of up to £1,500 for supporting gas auditing, with an LCL gas auditing qualification provided
Company van and fuel card
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Overtime opportunities
Planned and reactive maintenance across commercial client sites
Servicing and repairing HVAC, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems
Maintaining AHUs, FCUs, pumps, boilers and associated mechanical equipment
Refrigeration and air conditioning maintenance
Fault-finding, repairs and minor installation works
Completing statutory inspections and compliance documentation

Essential requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Heating, Ventilation, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC or equivalent
ACS Commercial Gas qualifications, including COCN1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, CDGA1 and TPCP1/1A, or equivalent
F-Gas Category 1 certification
Previous facilities management or building services experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, AHUs and commercial heating plant
Excellent mechanical and HVAC fault-finding skills
CSCS card or equivalent
Full UK driving licence
