Full job description

Bathshack is one of the UK and Ireland's fastest-growing bathroom retailers, and we're looking for a Business Analyst who genuinely understands how a busy, multi-channel retail operation runs , someone who has spent real time in warehouse, logistics, retail or similarly fast-paced operational settings, and now wants to use that grounding to fix the friction points that slow a growing business down.

You'll be embedded across warehouse, logistics, finance, customer service and e-commerce, tracking down inefficiencies and turning them into slick, scalable solutions , some of them powered by AI, others a simpler process fix or system integration.

Ideally, you’ll be based in our Antrim Head office, with the ability to travel to our other locations. Some working from home may also be possible.

What you'll be doing

Getting embedded across departments - warehouse, logistics, finance, customer service and e-commerce - to understand how things really work
Identifying inefficiencies and friction points, and building a prioritised transformation roadmap
Experimenting with AI tools and building lightweight AI-powered tools and automations to solve real operational problems
Writing clear briefs for internal developers or external agencies, and owning projects through to delivery
Building trusted relationships across the business so problems surface to you early

A bit about you

3–5 years' experience in a business analyst, operations or process improvement role
Genuinely curious, with energy for understanding how complex operations work
Hands-on experience with AI tools, keen to experiment and build, not just observe
Strong communication skills, able to translate operational problems into clear technical briefs
Organised enough to manage a roadmap and multiple concurrent projects
Experience in a retail, warehouse or office environment

It would be great if you have

Experience with low-code/no-code platforms
No development background required - just enough understanding to know what's technically feasible
