We’re looking for a creative, ambitious content creator to join our marketing team and help us produce engaging content across social media, video and digital marketing.
This isn’t a role where you’ll spend your days posting generic content and chasing trends. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys creating things that people stop scrolling for. Someone who notices the little details, experiments with new ideas, and is always asking, “How can we make this even better?”
Whether you’re already working in content creation or you’re looking to build a long-term career in creative marketing, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll work alongside our marketing team creating content for a wide range of campaigns, including:
- Filming and editing short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
- Creating engaging social media graphics and visual assets.
- Producing content that builds brand awareness, engagement and leads.
- Helping plan and execute creative marketing campaigns.
- Photographing people, vehicles and events when required.
- Editing videos using professional software.
- Creating motion graphics and animations where appropriate.
- Monitoring content performance and continually refining it based on data.
- Running A/B tests to understand what performs best and applying those learnings to future content.
No two days are the same, and we’re constantly trying new ideas.
We’re looking for someone who…
- Has a great eye for design, composition and visual storytelling.
- Understands what makes content engaging on social media.
- Enjoys thinking creatively and coming up with fresh ideas.
- Is confident filming and editing video content.
- Has experience using Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Has a working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
- Understands branding and visual consistency.
- Pays attention to the finer details and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
- Is curious, proactive and always looking for ways to improve.
- Enjoys analysing results and using A/B testing to make content perform even better.
- Can manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Is keen to develop a long-term career within marketing and creative content.
Bonus points if you…
- Have experience with photography.
- Have built or managed successful social media accounts.
- Have experience with Meta Ads or paid social content.
- Have basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
- Enjoy keeping up with new creative trends, tools and AI-assisted workflows.
What you’ll get
- The opportunity to work on a huge variety of creative projects.
- Access to professional equipment and software.
- Freedom to test ideas and make a genuine impact.
- A collaborative marketing team that values creativity and experimentation.
- Plenty of opportunities to develop your skills and progress your career.
- Training and support to continue growing as a creative marketer.
About you
Above all else, we’re looking for attitude over experience.
If you’re naturally creative, love making content, enjoy learning new skills, and want to build a career in marketing, we’d much rather speak to someone with enthusiasm and potential than someone who’s simply ticking boxes on a CV.
If you’re the sort of person who watches adverts and wonders how they were made, notices good typography without meaning to, tweaks the same edit five times because you know it can be better, or gets excited when a piece of content outperforms expectations, you’ll probably fit right in.
