Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our dental practice in providing excellent patient care and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient well-being and possess strong organisational skills to ensure the smooth operation of the dental office.Responsibilities:- Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office diary effectively- Maintain patient records accurately using IT systems- Handle patient queries and provide information on services offered- Assist with administrative tasks such as billing and insurance claims processing- Liaise with dental nurses to coordinate patient careExperience:- Previous experience working in a dental or healthcare setting is advantageous- Proficiency in IT systems for managing appointments and records- Excellent written and spoken English skills- Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently- Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology is beneficial- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues alike
