Full job description

We’re looking for a creative, enthusiastic and organised Social Media & Events Coordinator to join our team at our busy, modern bar and kitchen.

This is a varied role for someone who loves social media, food, drinks, events and creating engaging content. You’ll play an important part in showcasing our venues, promoting our events and helping create memorable experiences for our customers.

The Role

Creating, planning and scheduling engaging social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
Managing our social media accounts, including responding to comments, messages and customer enquiries.
Taking high-quality photos and videos of our food, drinks, venue, team and events.
Creating fun, fresh and on-brand content to promote offers, menus, events and special occasions.
Keeping up with current social media trends and coming up with new creative content ideas.
Supporting the promotion of upcoming events and helping drive bookings and engagement.
Planning, setting up and hosting customer events across the business.
Helping coordinate events from set-up through to completion, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Working closely with the management team to develop ideas and promote the business.
Being confident interacting with customers and representing the brand professionally.
Being flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends and during busy event periods.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Creative and confident with a natural eye for good content.
Comfortable taking photos and videos and appearing on social media when required.
Confident using social media platforms and understanding what makes engaging content.
Friendly, outgoing and confident communicating with customers.
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Passionate about hospitality, food, drinks and events.
Reliable, flexible and able to work independently.
Full of ideas and always looking for new ways to promote the business.
Previous experience in social media, marketing, hospitality or events is desirable but not essential.
