The Opportunity
This isn't a Site Manager role where you stand back with a clipboard.
This is a hands-on leadership position for an experienced carpenter who understands construction because they've spent years building high-quality homes.
You'll continue to carry out 1st and 2nd fix carpentry, lead by example and take ownership of the site from start to finish.
You'll work alongside the team while taking responsibility for making sure every stage of the build runs smoothly.
You'll lead from the front so that:
- everyone understands the plan
- materials are organised ahead of time
- subcontractors are coordinated
- quality standards are protected
- problems are solved early
- clients receive a professional experience
You'll help build the projects, the team and the future of EcoBuilders.Green.
What You'll Achieve
Within your first 12 months you will:
- Improve site organisation so projects run efficiently
- Deliver exceptional 1st and 2nd fix carpentry while setting the standard for others
- Create better communication between site, office and subcontractors
- Maintain consistent quality standards across every project
- Support and develop the trades around you
- Reduce delays, mistakes and wasted time through better planning
- Help create systems that allow the company to grow
