Location: Hypertec Ltd - Membury
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000, dependent on experience plus company bonus
Hours: 40 hours per week, worked between 08:00 and 18:00 with a one-hour unpaid lunch break

Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organised Goods In/Out Coordinator to join our Operations team. This role is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities across our Goods In and Goods Out functions, ensuring the efficient movement of stock, timely dispatch of customer orders, and the maintenance of high operational standards.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on team player with excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate picking, packing and dispatch activities to ensure orders are completed accurately, on time and effectively prioritised.
- Manage reserved stock allocations to support timely order fulfilment.
- Process warehouse orders and ensure accurate system updates.
- Liaise with internal departments to support effective communication and operational alignment.
- Monitor and action Goods In and Goods Out-related queries.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety, housekeeping and operational accuracy.
- Perform forklift and banksman duties where trained and authorised.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations.
Requirements
- Has previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
- Is highly organised and able to prioritise workloads effectively.
- Has excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Is confident communicating with colleagues across different departments.
- Takes a proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
- Is comfortable using warehouse management systems and courier platforms.
- Holds forklift experience and/or is banksman trained (desirable).
- Driving licence and car preferred
