We're looking for a SHE Coordinator to join our team based in Huntingdon.

Location: Huntingdon - some working from home available
Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on start and end times available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

This is an exciting opportunity to design, implement and oversee the delivery of a health and psychological wellbeing strategy across our business. You'll play a key role in promoting a culture of health and wellbeing, supporting employees in maintaining a healthy work-life balance, and helping them manage stress, mental health challenges, and overall wellness. This role is central to our employer value proposition and ensures our employees are safer every day.

What will you be responsible for?

As a SHE Coordinator, you'll be working within the Occupational Health team, supporting them in improving the physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing of employees. Your day to day will include:

Developing, designing and implementing a cohesive wellbeing strategy across the organisation in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
Leading on efforts to increase the reach of mental health and psychosocial training, ensuring employees have access to essential resources
Creating and executing health promotion initiatives, campaigns, workshops and resources that encourage healthy lifestyle choices
Developing metrics and reporting mechanisms to track the success of wellbeing programmes and make data-driven decisions
Ensuring all wellbeing policies are compliant with local and national legislation and regularly reviewed

You have knowledge of health and wellbeing practices
You have experience of effectively managing projects and initiatives, delivering to time and budget
You have proven experience in building successful relationships with varied stakeholders and partnership groups
You possess excellent interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
You have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems
