Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Trainee Sealant Applicator to join our construction team. Responsibilities
- Assist experienced sealant applicators in preparing surfaces and applying sealant materials accurately.
- Support the team in cleaning and preparing work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow instructions carefully to ensure proper application techniques are adhered to.
- Help with the organisation and setup of tools and materials required for sealing tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding daily tasks and project requirements.
Experience
- No prior experience necessary; training will be provided on all aspects of sealant application and safety procedures.
- A valid driving licence is preferred to assist with transportation between sites.
- Basic understanding of construction painting or related trades is advantageous but not essential.
- Fluency in English is required for effective communication within the team and with supervisors.
- Good communication skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude are essential qualities for success in this role.
