Overview

Assist in preparing ingredients and assembling dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Support the kitchen team with food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients.

Help with the proper handling and storage of perishable items to prevent waste and ensure freshness.

Requirements

Previous experience in catering, cooking, or restaurant environments is highly desirable but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key!
Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety procedures.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
