About Forever Spaces

Forever Spaces is an interiors company specialising in thoughtful space creation. We design, supply and install beautiful kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms, with our experienced in-house team managing every stage of the process — from the initial consultation through to final installation.

Working across East Lothian, Edinburgh and the Scottish Borders, we are known for our exceptional quality, outstanding expertise and considered design. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and design-focused Kitchen & Bathroom Sales Designer to join our showroom team in Haddington.

The Role

As a Kitchen & Bathroom Sales Designer, you will guide clients through the design and purchasing process, helping them create spaces that reflect their style, needs and budget. You will build strong client relationships, develop creative and practical designs, and play a key role in converting showroom appointments into successful projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

Meeting clients in our showroom to understand their requirements, tastes and budget.
Conducting site surveys and taking detailed measurements
Designing bespoke kitchens and bathrooms tailored to each client’s home and lifestyle.
Preparing accurate designs, specifications and quotations.
Managing client consultations from the initial concept through to order confirmation.
Converting sales opportunities and consistently working towards targets.
Liaising with our in-house team to ensure a smooth transition from design to installation.
Providing an excellent customer experience throughout the entire journey.

Who We’re Looking For

We would love to hear from candidates who have experience in interior design, kitchen and bathroom design, or sales. However, enthusiasm, creativity and the right attitude are equally important.The ideal candidate will have:

A genuine interest in interiors, kitchens and bathrooms.
Previous experience in design, retail or consultative sales, preferably within the interiors or home-improvement sector.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
The confidence to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
A commercially minded approach and a genuine drive to achieve results.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
The ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of service.
A positive, energetic and professional attitude.

A full-time position of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am–4pm, with occasional Saturdays.
