What’s the role?We're looking for dedicated Night Team to support our operations at our brand-new Bill's restaurant in Heathrow Airport Terminal 2. In this vital role, you'll be part of a high-performing team, helping to keep the restaurant organised, stocked, and ready for a successful day ahead.
Working predominantly between 8pm and 5am (with some flexibility required), you'll be responsible for receiving and safely putting away deliveries, completing food preparation and operational tasks set by the day team, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation and food safety throughout the night.
You'll work closely with both the evening and morning teams, ensuring a smooth handover at the start of each day and that the kitchen and back-of-house areas are fully prepared for service. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment—perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working independently and as part of a team, and wants to be part of something exciting from the very beginning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving, checking and putting away deliveries.
- Completing food preparation tasks to specification.
- Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation and food safety.
- Ensuring stock is stored correctly and back-of-house areas are kept tidy.
- Completing operational and prep tasks left by the day shift.
- Preparing the restaurant for the morning team and providing a clear handover.

Right to Work in the UK
Candidates must have a valid Right to Work in the UK. This can be demonstrated through one of the following:
- A valid UK passport.

Security Pass RequirementsAs this role involves working at an airport, successful candidates will also need to obtain a security pass. For this, we will require valid photo ID, such as a Driving Licence or Passport. Please ensure you can provide the appropriate original documentation during the recruitment process
