The Royal Yacht Hotel is looking for a passionate and warm Front Office Agent to join our dynamic reception team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating exceptional experiences from arrival to departure, delivering professional service with a personal touch.
The Front Office Agent is a full-time, on-site role based at The Royal Yacht Hotel in St. Helier. This position is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and ensuring a smooth and professional front office experience. Day-to-day tasks include answering inquiries in person and by phone or email, handling reservations and room assignments, processing payments, and providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
