Full job description

INTERNAL APPLICANTS MUST APPLY VIA MYSELF

Located in Brannock High School, you will provide clerical and administrative support to the work of the establishment. Your main duties will include managing the co-ordination and delegation of routine administrative tasks on a daily basis and to assist in the supervision of a small team of clerical staff.

You must have a good knowledge of IT packages, moderate relevant clerical experience, good organisational skills along with effective communication skills. The ability to meet agreed deadlines, work effectively as part of a team and the ability to use your own initiative are essential. An SVQ Level 1 or equivalent is desirable, as is supervisory experience.

You will require to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member prior to commencing in this role.
