As a Lead Pricing Analyst within the Pricing Customer Outcomes team, you'll play a key role in monitoring customer outcomes across our pricing portfolio. You'll analyse pricing, customer and business data to identify trends, emerging risks and areas requiring further investigation, helping to ensure our pricing approaches continue to deliver fair and appropriate customer outcomes.

Working closely with stakeholders across Pricing, Underwriting, Remediation and IT, you'll provide analytical expertise, constructive challenge and clear recommendations to support informed decision-making. Alongside this, you'll continue to develop your technical expertise and contribute to building capability across the wider team.
