Job Overview

The Business Finance Group are looking for a Trainee Sales Support Co-ordinator to join our rapidly growing team. We are a finance brokerage who support UK businesses with fast, cost effective finance to drive growth. We are looking for someone with huge career drive that wants to evolve in finance. Being a young business, there are lots of career progression opportunities with a clear path into management for the right person.

This particular role requires great attention to detail, a team player, drive and enthusiasm, as well as solid organisational and communication skills.

Duties

Uploading new lending applications.
Regularly updating Account Managers with application updates.
Managing all communication between the sales team and the banks.
Preparing and organising finance documents with great attention to detail.
Keeping the CRM system up to date.
Managing our very own underwriting system.
Arranging supplier invoices.
Arranging commission invoices.
Managing customer files.

Requirements:

Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Outlook.
Previous administrative experience not necassarily required but advantageous.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—in English.
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
Good time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
Ability to work well within a team while demonstrating initiative and a proactive attitude.
Basic understanding of IT systems and software applications relevant to sales support functions.
