Role Overview
As a Senior Solution Architect, you will provide architectural leadership across a diverse technology landscape, ensuring solutions are designed consistently, delivered effectively and aligned with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
Translate business objectives into solution architectures that deliver measurable outcomes.
Develop solution designs, architectural blueprints and technology roadmaps.
Assess existing technology landscapes and identify improvement opportunities.
Lead architectural design and evaluation across applications and initiatives.
Support governance through standards, reference models and design guidance.
Collaborate with architects, delivery teams and business stakeholders.
Essential Requirements
Experience across multiple technologies, platforms and environments.
Understanding of current and emerging technology trends.
Ability to influence and facilitate stakeholder decision-making.
Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
Strategic thinking balancing long and short-term priorities.
Experience providing architectural leadership.
Technology-neutral, outcome-focused mindset.
Intellectual curiosity and sound judgement.
Desirable Requirements
Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
Understanding of product management, Agile principles and delivery practices.
Experience supporting Agile teams with architecture guidance.
TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification.
