Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, contributing to various projects across multiple sites. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Duties

Perform general labour tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required.
Assist in the setup and dismantling of equipment and structures on-site.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.

Skills

Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
Strong physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy items (up to 25 kg).
Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork.
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a construction or industrial setting.
Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
