Job overview

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Band 5 Registered Nurse to join our dynamic orthopaedic team. You will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to patients across Trauma and Orthopaedics.
There are 2 x Permanent posts.
You will have excellent communication skills, clinical competence, and a passion for supporting and developing colleagues.
Opportunities for professional development, including mentoring, shadowing, and skills training, are available.

Main duties of the job

Provide safe, compassionate care to surgical patients, including assessment, planning, and delivery of treatments.
Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and respond to changes in condition.
Support patients and families, work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, and contribute to quality improvement, audits, and mentoring of junior staff.
