Roles available: Bartender / Mixologist

Mono Loco is more than a bar — it’s a full-sensory cocktail experience. With a menu packed with molecular mischief, premium spirits, and theatrical presentation, we’re setting a new standard for nightlife in Lancaster. And we need an exceptional team to match.

We’re on a mission to shake things up — not just behind the bar, but in the industry. Mono Loco is working towards BCorp certification, which means we care as much about people and the planet as we do about perfect pours. From zero-waste cocktails to ethical sourcing and fair team treatment, we’re building a bar that feels good in every way. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

People who bring energy, personality, and a strong work ethic to every shift. Whether you’re shaking cocktails, running the floor, or greeting guests, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, fun-loving crew that takes service seriously.

We are looking for a bartender who has experience of making cocktails.

Our cocktail menu is complex and ever evolving, so you will need to have a good level of experience in order to learn a wide rage of different cocktail techniques which are essential to working at Mono Loco.

Mono Loco has some of the best equipment and training which will equip you in producing some of the best cocktails possible.

So if you're looking to learn and enhance your cocktail making skills, this is the perfect place to do it.
