Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guards to join our team. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our premises, staff, and visitors. This position requires a proactive approach to loss prevention and the ability to respond effectively to incidents as they arise.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unusual activity.
Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to ensure the safety of the premises.
Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, providing first aid when necessary.
Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and safety within the facility.
Document incidents, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records of daily activities.
Collaborate with local law enforcement when required, providing assistance during investigations.
Assist in training new security personnel on protocols and procedures.

Skills

Proven experience in loss prevention techniques and strategies.
Proficient in surveillance operations, including the use of CCTV equipment.
Certification in first aid is highly desirable.
Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and integrity.
