About the Role

We are looking for a Head Recruitment Consultant (m/f/d) to take ownership of key client accounts, lead end-to-end recruitment delivery, and drive revenue growth across a high-performing desk. This is not just a billing role—you will also act as a senior leader within the business, helping shape strategy, performance standards, and client relationships.

You will be the point of authority for both clients and candidates, ensuring an exceptional recruitment experience from first contact to successful placement. This is a role for someone who thrives in a high-performance, target-driven environment and wants full control over their success.

Key Responsibilities

360 Recruitment Delivery: Manage the full recruitment cycle from business development to candidate placement across multiple sectors.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with UK-based employers, understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Business Development: Identify new opportunities, generate leads, and expand existing accounts through proactive outreach.

Candidate Management: Source, screen, and interview candidates while maintaining a strong and engaged talent pipeline.

Revenue Ownership: Drive personal and team revenue targets through consistent billing performance.

Mentorship (Optional Leadership Scope): Support and guide junior consultants as the team expands.

Market Expertise: Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring demand to provide expert advice to clients.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: Proven background in recruitment (agency or in-house), ideally with a strong billing record.

Performance Mindset: Confident working in a target-driven environment with clear performance expectations.

Communication Skills: Strong ability to influence clients and candidates through clear and professional communication.

Commercial Awareness: Ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and grow client relationships.

Independence: Comfortable managing a desk autonomously while contributing to team success.

Pay: £54,420.00-£75,174.64 per year
