Full job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Servers are responsible for serving all our guests, delivering a great standard of service and creating an exceptional dining Experience.

You will be responsible for taking guest orders, general housekeeping of the restaurant area, serving food, drinks and sharing your passion. You will work in close collaboration with other team members both front and back of house and follow established health and safety standards.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Taking Guest Orders

Responsible for taking guest orders, suggesting products, up-selling and offering choice

Serving Food and Drinks

Following Service Criteria to ensure our guests enjoy their dining experience

Use of POS Systems and Cash Handling

Processing orders through the tills POS. Taking payments both cash and card payments

General Housekeeping

Daily and Weekly cleaning duties to maintain both cleanliness and Health and Safety standards.

Champion of The Cut & Craft Standards

All members of the team are expected to Champion Cut & Craft and Woo our guests. You should always act as a brand ambassador.
