Full job description

Join our talented production team at Rivendell, part of Paranova Print and Packaging, where precision, creativity, and teamwork drive everything we do.

About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Artworker / Multi-Skilled Operator to deliver high-quality artwork, reprographics, and retouching services. You’ll work as part of a multifunctional studio team, creating technically accurate, print-ready artwork and supporting production across multiple areas to ensure seamless delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Create and amend artwork in line with studio SOPs and client specifications.
Deliver print-ready files that meet brand and technical standards.
Use automation tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Support the Production Team Leader in meeting deadlines and client needs.
Collaborate across departments to maintain workflow and quality during busy periods.
Uphold high production standards—Right First Time (RFT) and On Time In Full (OTIF).
Actively contribute to studio process improvements and training initiatives.
Ensure all work aligns with health and safety, quality, and company standards.

About You

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative, supportive team.

You’ll bring:

Strong technical skills in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
5+ years’ experience in a studio or print production environment.
A keen eye for detail, layout, and composition.
Excellent organisation, time management, and communication skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and priorities.
A proactive, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
