Summary

We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join the team at Watershed. This is a hands-on warehouse role, supporting day-to-day operations and helping ensure goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently while keeping everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate counterbalance and reach truck equipment in line with company procedures
Acurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
Load and unload vehicles, containers, and pallets efficiently
Receive, inspect, and process incoming goods
Store and manage stock within designated warehouse locations
Support production by supplying and returning materials as required
Prepare goods for delivery, including organising, wrapping and securing loads
Stack and store pallets in accordance with health and safety standards
Conduct stock counts and inventory checks as required
Utilise in-house warehouse management systems to maintain accurate records
Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
Drive company vehicles when required

Qualifications

Experience in warehouse operations or similar roles
Valid forklift license

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
