As a Strategist, you’ll join a growing team and help shape effective brand communications work for clients, with a particular focus on house builder brands. This is a role for someone who can turn business challenges, audience understanding and research into clear strategic direction, while contributing meaningfully to both client thinking and the creative process.
Responsibilities

Work with clients and internal teams to understand business challenges, target audiences and communications objectives.

Lead elements of research and insight generation, both qualitative and quantitative.

Analyse and synthesise consumer, brand and market data into clear, actionable insights.

Develop sections of brand communication strategies and contribute to overall strategic thinking.

Write and shape creative briefs, ensuring they are insight-driven and inspiring.

Play an active role in the creative development process, including briefing creatives and providing feedback.

Manage smaller projects end to end independently, while contributing to larger, more complex accounts.

Support the evaluation of campaign effectiveness and help identify learnings.

Keep up to date with cultural, behavioural and industry trends.
Requirements
-
3+ years of experience in agency strategy, including brand communications strategy and research and insight work.

Experience supporting creative briefing and campaign development, including briefing creatives and providing feedback on creative development.

Experience presenting insights to clients and working closely with account teams.

Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car.

Able to travel regularly to house builder sites and occasionally for client meetings and team or agency events around Leicester.
