Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Admin Typist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Typing and formatting documents, letters, and reports including dictation
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Managing email correspondence and filing systems
Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed
Ensuring documents are error-free and submitted on time

Requirements

Strong typing speed and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent spelling, grammar, and attention to detail
Good organisational and time-management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Previous administrative or typing experience is an advantage

We would prefer someone 3 or 5 days a week.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
