This is a shift-based role with alternating weekly shifts:
Morning Shift (Monday to Friday)
6:00am – 2:30pm
Afternoon Shift
Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Friday: 12:30pm – 5:30pm

Role Overview
We are looking for a new addition to our Production Team to work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment where accuracy, quality, and attention to detail are critical.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating our Digital Cutter, alongside undertaking a range of print finishing duties. This role suits someone with a strong work ethic, a calm and practical approach, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a wider production team.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor Digital Cutter with precision and efficiency
- Interpret job sheets, and specifications to ensure production accuracy
- Carry out routine machine checks, basic maintenance, and fault reporting
- Ensure all finished products meet required quality standards and specifications
- Undertake print finishing duties as required
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet workflow demands and production targets
- Maintain a strong focus on health and safety at all times
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
Essential:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating a Digital Cutter
- High attention to detail and quality control
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Strong understanding of health and safety procedures
- Ability to work calmly and practically under pressure
Personal Attributes:
- Flexible team player with a positive attitude
- Able to manage tasks on own initiative as well as collaboratively
- Strong work ethic with a good sense of humour
- Willingness to support wider production needs when required
Education
- GCSE or equivalent (required)

- Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom
