Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Part-Time Graduate Creative Marketing Assistant to join our innovative marketing team. Duties

Assist in developing engaging content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and website updates using copywriting and design skills.
Support the management of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO optimization, Google Ads, and Google Analytics analysis to track performance and improve results.
Contribute to the creation and editing of visual assets using Adobe Photoshop and other design tools to enhance marketing materials.
Help coordinate projects by managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met through effective project management techniques.
Maintain and update WordPress websites, ensuring content is current, accurate, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
Support email marketing initiatives by designing templates, segmenting audiences, and analyzing campaign metrics for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with team members to develop B2B (business-to-business) marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence within target markets.
Assist in analyzing campaign data using Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics to identify insights and inform future marketing efforts.
Contribute to social media management by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring engagement metrics.
Support leadership in organizing promotional events or campaigns that align with overall marketing goals.

Experience

Recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
Demonstrated interest or experience in digital marketing, social media management, or creative content development.
Familiarity with SEO best practices, Google Ads campaigns, and Google Analytics tools is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for creating visual content is preferred.
Experience working with WordPress websites or content management systems is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) essential for reporting and presentations.
Ability to analyze data effectively to support strategic decision-making processes.
IT literacy with familiarity in email marketing platforms and social media tools.
