Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and take their drink orders efficiently and accurately
Serve beverages responsibly, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and licensing laws
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout your shift
Check identification to verify legal drinking age and prevent underage sales
Manage cash and card transactions with basic math skills for accurate billing
Engage with customers to create a friendly atmosphere and handle any special requests or concerns
Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining stock levels to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible serving practices
Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory checks
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
