Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Home Nurse to join our team in Leslie, Fife for out full time Nurse position. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their safety, dignity, and well-being at all times. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support the physical and emotional health of our residents, delivering person-centred care in a warm and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional nursing care to residents, assessing their individual needs and developing tailored care plans.
Administer medication, monitor health conditions, and respond promptly to any changes in a resident’s condition.
Work collaboratively with care staff, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our residents.
Maintain accurate records in line with regulatory requirements and best practices.
Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere, fostering a sense of community among residents.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards set by the Care Inspectorate Scotland and the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
Support residents with personal care needs while respecting their dignity and independence.
Supervise and mentor junior staff and care assistants as needed.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
Previous experience in elderly care, nursing homes, or a similar setting is desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
A commitment to upholding the highest standards of care and professional ethics.
