European Tyre Enterprise Limited (ETEL) is one of the largest providers of tyres, MOT and fast fit services in the UK. Comprised of high street retail brands such as Kwik-Fit, Tyre Pros, Central Tyre, and leading wholesale distributor, Stapleton’s Tyres, we are the UK’s largest Tyre Wholesale distributor and Tyre Retailer.

ETEL Technology Team

Supporting over 800 locations including our retail centres, warehouses and dealership sites is no small task. Our Technology department plays a key role in delivering a high quality service to ETEL’s customers 7 days a week. With positions in Architecture, Software Development , Project Management and Technology Operations, our Technology Team provides a complete end to end service to the ETEL business.

The role

The Corporate Business Systems Analyst performs a critical role within ETEL Technology Team with the responsibility of ensuring stability, continuity and availability of the core applications within our Business. The role holder also provides a rapid response to incidents and escalated user queries.

The responsibilities of the role include working across a variety of applications and projects including set-up, maintenance and decommissioning, and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service to our end users.

The role holder should be a motivated team player with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and people skills, often working under pressure with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.

On occasion the Corporate Business Systems Analyst may be asked to work outside normal business hours, assisting the ETEL Technology teams to deliver a consistent service for our customers.

The role will operate on a hybrid basis, to include time spent onsite at our central offices in Letchworth as well as other ETEL group locations if required.

Key accountabilities

Service Delivery – ensure that the service delivered meets the business requirements;
Continual Service Improvement – continual development of the service and consistent levels of high customer satisfaction;
Projects – work with the Project Management Office, providing a technical resource;
Product Ownership – responsible for products within the team, providing training and support to members of the team and our customers;
Knowledge Transition – share knowledge within the team to provide a resilient service to our customers.

Skills & experience

Experience of Business Systems or Business Applications
Considerable experience in customer facing role
Of graduate calibre or in lieu of degree, extensive industry experience will be considered
Ability to undertake the above responsibilities
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Excellent customer facing/customer service skills
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Reliable and adaptable
Full UK Cat B drivers licence desirable
