The role
- As a proactive Treasury Analyst, you will support the delivery and development of the Group's treasury management activities, helping to ensure long-term financial resilience and sustainability.
- You will play an important role in supporting treasury reporting, cash flow forecasting, funding activities and financial analysis, providing insight that supports decision-making across the organisation.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders, lenders and professional advisers, you will gain exposure to a broad range of treasury activities including borrowing, investments, risk management and loan administration.
- You'll also contribute to strategic treasury projects and continuous improvement initiatives, making this an excellent opportunity to broaden your treasury experience and develop your career within a large and diverse organisation.
What we’re looking for
Essential
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CIPFA) or equivalent treasury qualification. Part-qualified candidates with significant relevant experience may also be considered.

Experience preparing, analysing and reporting on financial information within a finance, treasury or accounting environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work with complex financial data.

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
Desirable
- Experience working within treasury management.
- Experience within the housing sector.
- Experience of process improvement and strengthening financial controls.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of financial risk management.
