We are looking for an experienced, self motivated and detail-oriented Solar Installation Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive learner, reliable team player with excellent communication skills. You should be able to prioritise your work and be able to manage time effectively. We expect you to be a self-starter who can work independently as well as part of a team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan work schedules, assigns tasks and delegate responsibilities to Installers and Office Team.
- Advise on the handling of all correspondence and enquiries relating to solar installations, technical help from sales reps, organising the schedule for installers.
- Organising the office work cycle.
- Overseeing general office and field team operation.
- Main POC customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
- Coordinating appointments and meetings.
- Identifying and reporting stock and equipment requirements to maintain proper stock levels.
- Producing reports, composing correspondence.
- Maintaining office policies and managing health and safety procedures.
- Keeping records of solar installations and entering in the database CRM.
- Data responsibilities, including GDPR.
Skills
- Proven experience working in a Solar PV role (Desirable)
- Electrical drawings and component understanding (Desirable)
- Proven experience working in a scheduling/coordinating role (Desirable)
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures (Required)
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) (Essential)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work (Essential)
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills (Essential)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Required)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively (Required)
