Mechanic & Service Administrator
LOCATION: Johnston Gilpin & Co, Lisburn Depot.

Our dealership supports customers province wide, sustaining a high level of customer support throughout.
An opportunity has arisen for the position of Mechanic & Service Administrator based at our Lisburn location.
Roles & Responsibilities
- General office and reception duties
- Maintenance and repair of farm equipment
- Processing of warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer's guidelines
- Invoicing of retail jobs on a weekly basis
- Processing and reconciling mechanic time sheets
- Diagnostic work and troubleshooting of equipment issues
- Maintain accurate records of all equipment servicing and repairs
- Monitor and utilise connected support systems
- Proactively contacting customers regarding service and repair status
The person should have
- Relevant mechanic and service administration experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills
- Basic numberical skills
- Proficient computer literacy (spreadsheets, software)
- Attention to detail essential
The person should be
- Self motivated
- A team player
- Comfortable switching between physical work and desk work
