Looking to Take Your IT Support Career to the Next Level?

Join us as a Service Desk Analyst and become the go-to expert for technical support across the business. You'll play a vital role in resolving IT issues, supporting colleagues, and delivering a first-class customer experience. If you're a proactive problem-solver with a passion for technology and helping people, we'd love to hear from you.

This role is full-time on a 12-month fixed term basis from our Support Centre in Speke, Liverpool.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Provide technical support to the B&M user base, delivering a high standard of customer service and adhering to service management principles.
Take ownership of user issues, ensuring all incidents are logged, managed, and resolved to completion through the call logging system.
Escalate and allocate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT resolver groups when required.
Coordinate and manage external technical support providers to ensure timely issue resolution.
Support desktop services, including hardware setup, troubleshooting, and departmental desk moves.

What you'll bring:

Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and troubleshooting techniques, supported by excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience providing 1st line technical support to a large user base, ideally within a fast-paced retail environment.
Ability to manage a wide range of support issues, prioritising workloads effectively and responding to varying levels of urgency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships and provide outstanding customer service.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work effectively under pressure both independently and as part of a team.
