We're hiring an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our growing Personal Injury department.

Position Overview:

About you:

Demonstrated experience 5 years + as a paralegal, particularly in handling RTA, EL, OL and PL claims.

Must be confident on the telephone speaking to clients and Defendants.
Must be happy to speak to new clients to explain funding and procedure and sign-up clients.
Must be confident in drafting letters of claim for non-portal work for all P.I. Areas.
Caseload is mixed P.I. non portal Fast and Multi-track work.
Outstanding organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in file management.
Familiarity with EL/PL and RTA Claims Portals.
Expertise in legal research and document preparation.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and targets, while prioritising and managing a diverse caseload.
Dedication to delivering high levels of client satisfaction.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Effective in prioritising tasks and managing a varied caseload efficiently.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
