Job Overview

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Room Attendant/Housekeeping professional, where your attention to detail and dedication will create a welcoming and spotless environment for our guests. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring an exceptional experience for every visitor. Your enthusiasm and commitment to hospitality will help foster a comfortable, inviting atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
Maintain cleanliness of public spaces such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other designated areas to ensure a welcoming environment.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution.
Restock amenities like toiletries, towels, linens, and other supplies as needed to enhance guest comfort.
Follow established safety and sanitation protocols consistently to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Assist with laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently.
Provide friendly and professional service by addressing guest requests or inquiries promptly and courteously.

Experience

Previous hotel experience or hospitality background is preferred but not essential.
Familiarity with janitorial practices and cleaning procedures ensures efficient task completion.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the hospitality industry.
