Full job description

We are seeking a motivated, ambitious, and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about recruitment and making a positive impact within the Health & Social Care sector.

You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing high-quality candidates into a variety of Health & Social Care roles, supporting care providers to deliver exceptional services to vulnerable children, young people, and adults.

Whether you are an experienced Recruitment Consultant or have strong sales, customer service, or business development experience and are looking to enter the recruitment industry, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients within the Health & Social Care sector.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for a range of vacancies.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial enquiry through to placement.
Advertise vacancies across multiple recruitment platforms and social media channels.
Conduct candidate compliance checks including references, right-to-work verification, and DBS requirements.
Develop and maintain a talent pool of qualified Health & Social Care professionals.
Generate new business opportunities through networking, sales calls, and relationship building.
Negotiate rates and terms with clients and candidates.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment legislation and safeguarding requirements.
Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.

What We're Looking ForEssential:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Confident telephone manner.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Computer literacy including Microsoft Office.
Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.

Desirable:

Previous recruitment experience.
Experience within Health & Social Care.
Sales, business development, or customer service background.
Knowledge of safeguarding and safer recruitment practices.
