- Working Days: Monday – Friday Shift Pattern: 8:30- 5pm
Responsible for Sales Administration within the office and attend shop floor stores, process the orders in stock Room: prepare labels and boxes / orders.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through company systems.
- Manage and respond to sales inbox enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and manage wholesaler quotations and pricing proposals.
- Maintain accurate sales records and filing systems in accordance with company procedures.
- Process remittance advice slips and manages cheque administration.
- Coordinate and organise outgoing post and documentation to Head Office.
- Support customers with order updates, delivery information, and general sales enquiries.
- Assist with invoice, credit note, and customer account administration.
Inventory & Stores Management: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock against delivery notes and packing lists. Accurately book stock into inventory management systems. Stock Control & Reconciliation
Returns Management: Manage the complete returns process from initial customer contact through to resolution. Stock Control & Reconciliation
Building & Facility Support: Conduct routine maintenance inspections within the warehouse, office, and external areas. Per form regular checks on alarms, safety equipment, and building facilities. Report and escalate any maintenance or health and safety concerns.
Support promotional activities: through social media, website content, and company communications.
Essential Experience
- · Proven experience in both Sales Administration and Stores/Warehouse Management.
- · Strong background in inventory control, stock management, and goods in/out procedures.
- · Experience processing sales orders, quotations, invoices, credit notes, and customer documentation.
- · Experience, stock control, or warehouse management systems.
- · Previous responsibility for stock accuracy, stock audits, and inventory reconciliation.
- · Experience coordinating dispatches, courier bookings, and customer deliveries.
- · Demonstrable ability to manage returns and warranty processes.
- · Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- · Strong administrative and data-entry accuracy.
- · Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Pay: £26,000.00 per year
