Job Title: Generative AI Specialist & Team Leader
Job Summary:
As a pioneering entity in the intersection of AI and creativity, we are on the lookout for a Generative AI Specialist & Team Leader. This role is not just about developing and implementing state-of-the-art generative AI models; it's about leading and nurturing a tribe of AI creators, and spearheading our initiatives in text-to-text, text-to-image, text-to-voice, music, and video content generation. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in training AI creators, collaborating with digital marketing teams, and promoting AI-generated content to set new benchmarks in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, deploy, and manage generative AI models across a variety of domains including but not limited to art, text, voice, music, and video content generation.
- Lead and mentor tribes of AI creators, fostering an environment of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on text-to-text, text-to-image, text-to-voice, and other generative AI technologies to upskill team members.
- Collaborate closely with digital marketing teams to strategize and execute campaigns that effectively promote AI-generated content.
- Stay at the forefront of generative AI technology, incorporating the latest advancements into projects and training materials.
- Conduct regular review sessions to assess project progress, team performance, and the impact of AI-generated content on target audiences.
- Ensure the ethical use of AI technologies, maintaining transparency and accountability in all AI-generated outputs.
Skills:
- Expertise in Python and AI/machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras, with a strong portfolio in generative AI projects.
- Proven experience in leading and training teams in the field of AI and content generation.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, especially digital marketing, to achieve business objectives.
- Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand training materials.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their machine learning tools.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a knack for motivating and inspiring teams.
- A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields is preferred.
