JOB TITLE: Relief Guest Services Advisor

LOCATION: Bromley

PAY RATE: £13.45 per hour

HOURS: Flexible working hours including weekends.

The Role:

We are looking for a Relief Guest Services Advisor with excellent people skills to provide exceptional service to our guests whilst exhibiting a friendly and professional approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a first point of contact for customer information
Resolving any issues or complaints in a friendly and professional manner
Working alongside a team handling complaints or concerns.
Responding to customer inquiries or requests
Creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere
Basic knowledge in word & excel required as you will be undertaking various administrative duties.

Person Specification:

Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
Confident using radios to communicate effectively with the team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate, with the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office applications
You are capable of dealing with a variety of situations and are very customer service-focused.
You have evidence of strong organizational and time management skills.

INTERVIEW REQUIREMENTS:

Eligibility documents needed at interview: Passport or Full Birth Certificate; Utility Bill showing current address and dated within 3 months; Proof of National Insurance (Payslips cannot be used) such as NI card, P45, P60, benefits or HMRC letter.
