About the role

Title – Mobile Security Supervisor

Pay Rate – £16.42

Location – London

Shift Timings – 4 on 4 off. Days and Nights needs to be flexible

Note : They must have a clean driving license
Subject to internal approval a company vehicle will be provided #

Your main responsibilities may include:

• Ensure familiarity with the Company Handbook, policies, and procedures.

Ensure familiarity of all relevant legislation required for the role i.e., DSE, GDPR etc.
Liaise with the Control Room on a day-to-day basis to discuss operational requirements.
Carry out duties and always requested tasks effectively and professionally.
Ensure that you and the teams have timely arrival prior to shift commencement to ensure a thorough handover/takeover of duties on post.
Support the control room and operations managers where required to ensure that all colleagues are scheduled, and any gaps are covered.
To understand and comply with the Statutory Disciplinary and Grievance procedures and HR policies and conduct disciplinary Investigations and attend

grievance hearings where appropriate.

Complete a reasonable management / client request in a timely manner.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following:

SIA License.
5-year checkable work/career history.
Clear criminal background
Full UK clean driving license
Experience in a similar role, would an advantage
Physically fit to undertake given tasks.
Possess the ability to work under pressure.
