Salary: £29.71 per hour (including holiday pay)

About the role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Music Tutor to support the delivery and development of RHACC's music provision. The role will include teaching Music for Wellbeing courses, supporting older leaners, and delivering engaging music sessions that promote creativity, confidence and participation. The successful candidate may also be required to teach across a range of music subjects including keyboard, guitar, vocal studies, jazz and ensemble performance, as well as contribute to new curriculum development and occasional staff cover.

About you:
You will be an experienced and adaptable music educator with strong practical musicianship and the ability to work across a variety of musical styles and settings. You will have experience of teaching diverse adult learners and be passionate about making music accessible, inclusive and enjoyable for all.

A background in community music, music for wellbeing, ensemble leadership or adult education would be highly desirable. You will be a confident communicator, able to inspire learners of all abilities and contribute positively to the continued growth of the Music Department.
