Job Summary

The Reginal Lettings Manager is responsible for overseeing the lettings operations within a designated region. This role involves managing property portfolios, liaising with tenants and landlords, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to lead a team effectively. A background in property management or related administrative experience is preferred. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organisation committed to delivering exceptional service in the lettings sector.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate lettings activities across the regional portfolio, ensuring targets are met.
Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and external partners to facilitate smooth property transactions.
Oversee property viewings, negotiations, and tenancy agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Lead and support a team of lettings agents, providing training and guidance to optimise performance.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Ensure all documentation, including tenancy agreements and compliance records, are accurately maintained and up-to-date.
Handle escalated issues or disputes professionally, seeking timely resolutions.
Organise regional marketing campaigns to attract prospective tenants.

Skills

Proven administrative experience within property management or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients and team members alike.
Multilingual abilities are advantageous for liaising with diverse client bases.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently under pressure.
Leadership qualities with experience in managing teams or supervising staff.
Knowledge of relevant legal regulations governing lettings and property management in the UK.
Proficiency in relevant software applications utilised within property management sectors.
