Job Description

We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial ServiceNow Services Sales Specialist to accelerate our growth across Europe. This role is strongly focused on building a new client base, creating long-term customer value, and positioning ServiceNow solutions as strategic platforms for enterprise-wide digital transformation.
You will play a key role in expanding our regional footprint, working closely with ServiceNow, internal solution teams, and delivery leaders to turn opportunities into high-impact, long-term client engagements.

Key Responsibilities In This Role:

Build, own, and expand a new client database across Europe, with a strong focus on net-new logo acquisition
Take full ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, value-driven solution positioning, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure
Position ServiceNow offerings (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM/CRM, IRM, AI-driven solutions) as business outcomes, not just technology
Define and execute a territory and account growth strategy aligned with regional and global objectives
Collaborate closely with ServiceNow partner teams, solution consultants, and delivery organizations to win complex opportunities
Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers
Ensure disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
Represent the company at industry events, ServiceNow events, and key client engagements

Profil

Required Experience & Skills

Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Account Executive, or Business Development Manager
Strong background in ServiceNow sales, including services, implementations, managed services, or partner-led license models
Demonstrated success in new business development and opening strategic accounts
Solid understanding of enterprise digital workflows, IT, and business transformation
Ability to engage confidently with senior business and IT stakeholders
Fluent English (spoken and written), German or French proficiency is a strong advantage
Self-driven mindset with strong ownership, resilience, and commercial focus

Nice to Have

Established network within the West Europe region - enterprise or mid-market
Experience working directly with ServiceNow as a partner
Exposure to regulated industries (financial services, telecom, manufacturing, public sector)
Experience selling AI-enabled or transformation-led solutions
