Guest Service Agent

Contract: Permanent
Salary: £27,500 & Generous Service Charge

Main Purpose

As a proud member of our Guest Services team, you will serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring that the guest receives a memorable stay at the hotel. You will assist in the smooth running of the front of house and guest services departments, ensuring that all tasks are completed to standard in a timely fashion. Your enthusiasm for delivering excellent service will shine through, and you will have the opportunity to excel in a luxurious property.

Role responsibilities include:

To ensure regular management of the reservation mailbox with answering in a timely and professional manner.
To assist with all telephone maintenance and line issues and keep up to date logs of all maintenance calls along with maintenance of any internet and wireless systems.
To maintain a constant focus on quality - both in terms of the product and service offered.
To develop and maintain a high level of bedroom product, Meeting and Events spaces and Food and Beverage outlets menus and opening hours knowledge and local area knowledge.
To provide guests with a friendly and efficient warm welcome during each and every telephone call received at the hotel, following LQA, Forbes and hotel service standards

This is a full time role on a 5 over 7 shift basis.
