As our Operations Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our multi-site nursery operations, ensuring everything from supply chain management to compliance is seamlessly coordinated. Working closely with our senior Operations team, our Nursery Managers, and our wider Support Office team, you’ll be instrumental in supporting our nurseries to deliver exceptional early years experiences.

What you’ll be doing…
- Project Coordination – Assisting with the rollout of new initiatives, whether that’s sustainability projects, tech improvements, or facilities upgrades.
- Change Management - Overseeing the effective rollout and reinforcement of any change to policy, procedure or ways of working within the business, ensuring all training materials, communications and team touchpoints are thought-through and accurately updated.
- Communications support - Supporting our senior team with complex communications and talking points, ensuring all messaging is exceptionally well-written while retaining our brand’s TOV.
- Data Protection - triage data protection-related queries, supporting with GDPR compliance across the business.
- Logistics & Procurement – Managing supplies, equipment, and nursery essentials to ensure everything is in place to create magical learning environments. You will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring adherence to our Approved Buying List.
- Process & Compliance – Supporting the implementation of operational processes and maintaining high standards in health & safety, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance.
- Data & Reporting – Helping to track key operational metrics, from occupancy levels to individual budget lines.
- Office management - Leading on ensuring our central office remains well-stocked, tidy and organised, and co-ordinating the sending and receiving of post.
- Nursery Support – Acting as a key point of contact for our nursery teams, providing hands-on operational support and problem-solving as needed.
- Ad-hoc Challenges – From setting up new nurseries to troubleshooting unexpected issues, no two days will be the same!
You should have…
- A proactive, hands-on approach – you love getting things done and making things happen.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. Consistency is one of your top strengths!
- Digitally proficient, with experience using Google Sheets or Excel.
- Fantastic written communication skills, without an overreliance on AI.
- Strong verbal communication skills – able to build relationships across teams and get things moving.
- A natural problem solver who loves change, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- Interest in early years education and a passion for making a difference.
- A degree or equivalent experience.
