Sales Assistant

We’re looking for ambitious Sales Assistants who are eager to grow and develop in a supportive environment. If you enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced setting, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As part of our team, you’ll gain hands-on experience from day one, working alongside friendly colleagues and receiving the guidance you need to succeed. What you’ll do:

Support the team with a variety of daily activities, helping to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in person, always in a professional, approachable, and friendly way.
Share accurate information about products and services so that customers feel informed and supported in their choices.
Assist with documents and reports, including preparing records and keeping files organised.
Process orders efficiently, ensuring that customer details are accurate and up to date.
Participate in meetings and training sessions to continue developing your skills and confidence.
