TDK Mechanical Services is looking for an organised, customer-focused Business Coordinator to join our busy operations team in Epping.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems, coordinating multiple tasks and delivering excellent customer service. You'll be a key part of our service delivery team, ensuring engineers are scheduled efficiently and residents and clients receive outstanding support.
Whether you have experience as a Service Coordinator, Planner, Scheduler, Administrator or Customer Service Coordinator, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
- Scheduling engineers and subcontractors for reactive and planned maintenance
- Managing jobs through our job management system
- Speaking with residents and clients by phone and email
- Providing updates on appointments and ongoing works
- Coordinating diaries and operational schedules
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints professionally
- Supporting Contract Managers and Project Managers
- Ordering materials and equipment
- Maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation
- Helping ensure KPIs and service levels are achieved
We're looking for someone who has
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔ Strong organisational and planning abilities
✔ The ability to prioritise a busy workload
✔ Confidence using Microsoft Office
✔ Great attention to detail
✔ A positive, proactive attitude
Experience in scheduling, planning, facilities management, construction, maintenance or housing repairs would be advantageous but is not essential.
